We're proud to bring the same trusted training and community that Adonai built in Kernersville to west Greensboro — now on West Friendly Avenue, near Guilford College. Our brand-new 3,600-square-foot facility is purpose-built for training, with 2,000 square feet of dedicated mat space, a separate 700-square-foot area for cardio boxing and fitness, and on-site showers so you can clean up and get on with your day.
As part of the established Adonai Martial Arts family, our Greensboro academy is registered under the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation (IBJJF), so you're always learning from a school held to the highest standards in the sport.

This is the third gym my 10 yo has trained at in as many years, & it’s far & away the best. The instructors are absolutely incredible with the kids, very firm but warm & caring. I’m so impressed with their teaching skills. You really get your money’s worth bc it’s 4x per week. It’s such a great family atmosphere. I love that they have an adult class simultaneously, so parents can train too. Also lots of women train here, which I think really speaks to the welcoming atmosphere. So glad we found this gym.
